Training Announcement - "Police Executive Training"

The New York State Association of Chiefs of Police (NYSACOP), in cooperation with the New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) , the New York State Sheriffs Association (NYSSA), and Hilbert College will be hosting a Police Executive Training at the Niagara Falls Airbase from February 14th thru Feb 18th, 2022. The training is designed to equip a new police executive with the necessary administrative tools to be successful in their new duties, The training curriculum is specifically designed for new Police Chiefs/Sheriffs, upper command level staff, or supervisors identified as potentially progressing into an upper level staff position. Where: Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base located at 10405 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. When: February 14th thru 18th, 2022. Training begins at 1 PM on the 14th and ends at Noon on the 18th. Cost: Attendees are only responsible for all meal costs. Breakfast and lunch food service is available at the base at a very reasonable cost. A number of off-base restaurants are within a short drive from the base for dinner. Capacity: Due to Covid restrictions and meeting room capacities, a maximum of 45 attendees will be allowed. Lodging: We have reserved 20 rooms for out of town attendees. Room reservations may be made by calling 716-236-2015. When making the reservation, reference "NY State Chiefs Training". IMPORTANT BASE ACCESS INFORMATION: The Niagara Falls Airbase is an active military installation and requires certain security protocols to be followed by any person visiting the base. As such each attendee MUST provide the following via email to Larry Eggert leggert@nychiefs.org prior to attending the training:
Full name; Department; Date of Birth; Vehicle license plate number.
